Surveying Project for Real Estate Registration

Within the framework of implementing the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to expedite taking all measures to ensure the implementation of the provisions of Law No. 9 of 2022, the law specified the digital cadastral statement as one of the documents and papers required to document a property. Accordingly, the Technological Center for Real Estate Cadastral Registration was established in May 2022 to specialize in the center. By issuing an approved digital cadastral certificate for the Real Estate Registry Authority for documentation
